POTSDAM, N.Y.—SUNY Potsdam Head Volleyball Coach Steve Pike will join other elite coaches as a presenter at the Asics Free Volleyball Coaching Clinic. The clinic will be held on Saturday, April 28, in Johnson City, N.Y. from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pike is one of five featured coaches including Lehigh's Bob Bertucci, who has also served as the head coach for four other Division I programs.

The clinic, which will be hosted by Johnson City High School, is free for all coaches and $25 for athletes and parents.

In 2011, Pike guided the Bears to a 19-17 season, a 13-victory improvement over the previous season. Potsdam was undefeated in three tournaments this year and captured the Oswego State Invitational. Sophomore setter Jenna Blujus was named to the All-SUNYAC first team, the Bears' third straight all-conference selection.
