The SUNY Potsdam equestrian team placed third with 32 points behind St. Lawrence and Cazenovia this past weekend.

Emily Parker (Canton, N.Y./Hugh C. Williams) finished first in the Walk, Trot, Canter and Megan O'Brien (Ogdensburg, N.Y./Ogdensburg) also came in first place in the Beginner Walk, Trot against Cazenovia. Michelle Robinson (New Paltz, N.Y./New Paltz) was first in the Intermediate Flat portion of the show, and Alexa Basile (East Setauket, N.Y./Ward Melville) finished second in the Intermediate Flat.

The following afternoon, O'Brien again took home first place in the Beginner Walk,Trot, Canter while Arielle Chin (Forestburg, N.Y./Monticello) took home first place in the Novice Flat. Robinson finished first in the Intermediate Over the Fence and Parker finished second in the Beginner Walk, Trot, Canter. See the complete Potsdam results below:
