POTSDAM, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam women's lacrosse team held its alumnae game last Saturday, Sept. 18.

Sarah Rosintoski represented the Class of 2007 and Liz Clohessy and Gabe Cloonan were present for the Class of 2008. The lacrosse program's third-leading scorer, Molly Lehman-Lewis '10, was in attendance with classmate Joan McCabe '10. May graduates Lisa Seidel '11 and Sam Brown '11 rounded out the group.

"It's always a good weekend when our alums return to campus,” said Potsdam Head Coach Lauren Bruce. “They bring along a lot of good memories and new experiences and have a chance to share them with the current team. The game reunites old teammates and gives our program a solid sense of tradition. Even with a smaller group, it was a legendary weekend and we are all looking forward to next year."

The former Bears are still involved in lacrosse, coaching club and high school teams. Lehman-Lewis is currently an assistant coach at Belmont Abbey College near Charlotte, N.C.

The next generation of Bears lacrosse players, Cloonan's daughter Adryana and Rosintoski's son William, joined their moms for the contest. Dogs Cooper and Reevis also made the trip.

The lacrosse team's Fall Play Day will take place this Saturday, Sept. 24, at St. Lawrence University. Potsdam will join the Saints, Clarkson and Morrisville for games beginning at 11 a.m.  The schedule is to be announced.
